Most Orders Are In....The Rest Should Be Here By Friday
I've worked hard to make sure that all orders were in at the studio this week. I have one stack of orders on my desk that I am trying to identify. It's football/band/cheerleader orders!!!!
If for some reason you felt that I should have an order for you or you happened see me and ask me to order something in passing, call me and let's see if I have the order in. If I don't, I can get it done and sent out. Average time on recent orders has been three days or less!

Make An Appointment Online
One of our labs has been generous to provide a great new website attachment that allows for you to setup an appointment without having to call me or come by the studio. Simply click the link to the right and follow the directions. It's three quick and easy steps. For now you can book for free but in the future the system will be setup to accept your sitting fee when you book your appointment to make the process easier for all involved.
Don't worry. I get an email when you set the appointment up. You will get an email five days from the scheduled appointment and then again the day before the appointment!

New Online Proofing
Last week I made the change to a new online proofing system. I have used dotphoto for some time for just uploading and viewing purposes but some of you started using their printing services rather than having to come to the studio.
I got concerned about the quality of prints you were receiving by doing that so I felt a change was needed. I made a decision to go with one of the proofing systems that one of our labs promotes and love the quickness of uploading photos to it. What I didn't like was the fact that you can't by anything other than proofs.
The problem of not being able to order the extras has led me to do a more extensive review of proofing services. The main goal was to be able to provide the extras. The second goal was for it not to be much more of a cost for you or for me by going this route!
That led me to instaproofs. The system allows for me to order your photographs from the lab of my choice and for you to be able to add any and all extras!
While we may run into some problems with the system, I hope that this will be the last chance on proofing for quite awhile! As soon as you order your photos, I will get a copy of the order and process it through the lab of choice! I expect a turnaround time of around a week for each order! That seems to be what the time is right now! If you have any questions please feel free to email me!

Fifth Grade Graduates
Fifth graders will graduate from James A. Mulkey Elementary School in the morning! I took their class photo this morning to get their day started. Congratulations to each graduate!
